“We moved off our old AP tool last quarter. Ledgerline’s approval routing was simpler to set up, but does anyone know if it handles approvals across several entities?”
Find the conversations that matter to your brand.
Kleos watches where people talk about your business, your products and your competitors, keeps the mentions worth your time with the reason why, and drafts a reply in your voice that waits for your approval.
What does Kleos Brand Signals monitor?
Kleos Brand Signals watches public mentions of your business, products and competitors on the web and in news (through Exa), on Hacker News, and in the AI-assistant answers Kleos already checks. It keeps the relevant ones with a reason, sorts them into questions, complaints, praise, competitor comparisons and buying intent, and links every mention to its source.
You give it names
Your business, its products and the competitors you want watched (Kleos suggests them from your business), plus any sources or words to mute.
Kleos looks
On a schedule set by your plan it searches the web, news, Hacker News and AI assistants for new mentions, within each source's rate limits and terms.
Kleos sorts
Each new mention is checked for relevance and given a reason, then sorted: question, complaint, praise, competitor comparison or buying intent. The ones worth acting on are marked as opportunities.
You decide
Read the mention at its source, ask Kleos for a reply in your voice, edit and approve it, then copy it and open the thread. Or turn the mention into a post for your own channel, which goes through your normal review.
Example
What you get, shown on an illustrative business
This example is illustrative: the business, people and figures are made up to show the format of what Brand Signals produces. It isn't a real customer's result.
Example · illustrative business “Ledgerline”, a made-up invoice-approval tool
Hacker News · comment · Oct 29, 2026 · matched “Ledgerline” and a competitor’s name
Why it was kept: compares Ledgerline with a competitor by name and asks about a capability Ledgerline lists as live. Source: the comment’s link on news.ycombinator.com (in the app, every mention links to its source).
Reply draft · waiting for approval
“I work on Ledgerline, so take this with that in mind: yes, each entity can have its own approvers and limits. Happy to answer anything here.”
After someone approves it: Copy reply, then Open the thread and post it yourself. Kleos can’t post on Hacker News, so nothing goes out on its own.
What it does
- Shows the source link, the site and the date for every mention.
- Gives the reason each mention was kept, so you can judge it quickly.
- Drafts replies in your brand voice, using only what you've told Kleos it may say about you.
- Sends a digest email of new relevant mentions (daily or weekly, or off).
- Lets you mute a site, a source or a word so the same noise doesn't come back.
What it doesn't do
- Post anything by itself. A person approves every reply first.
- Reply on Hacker News, news sites, forums or in AI assistants for you: Kleos isn't connected to them, so you copy the approved reply and post it yourself.
- Read private groups, logged-in pages or social networks' private data.

Questions about Brand Signals
Will Kleos post replies for me?
No. Every reply is a draft until someone on your team approves it, and Kleos has no connection that can post on the web, news sites, Hacker News or AI assistants. After approval you copy the reply and open the thread to post it yourself.
Does it cover Reddit?
Not yet. Reddit is coming soon: waiting on Reddit's approval for commercial use of its Data API.
How often does it check?
Daily on the Starter, Growth and Pro monthly plans, weekly during the trial and on the lifetime license. You can also start extra scans by hand, a few a day depending on your plan.
