Turn scattered ideas into a creative brief your team can use.
Paste the notes, links and references you have. Kleos adds your business's facts and voice and turns it all into a structured brief your team can edit, approve, share and turn into a campaign.
What goes into a Kleos creative brief?
Your pasted notes, links Kleos reads safely, reference images or PDFs with your notes, and your business's facts and voice. Kleos turns them into an objective, audience, key message, proof points drawn only from your brand facts, mandatories, tone, deliverables, channels, timeline, references and open questions. You edit, version, share, export and approve it.
You paste what you have
Meeting notes, a client email, links to pages you like, and reference images or PDFs, each with a note on what to take from it.
Kleos reads it
Links are fetched through Kleos's safe fetch (unsafe and private addresses refused, with size and time limits). Uploaded files are safety-checked and kept as references: Kleos uses their names and your notes, not their contents.
Kleos writes the brief
A structured brief in your voice. Proof points come only from the facts you've recorded about your business, and each one names the fact it rests on. Anything else it heard becomes an open question.
You make it yours
Edit any section (every save is a version you can restore), approve it, share a read-only link, export PDF or Markdown, or turn it into a draft campaign.
Example
What you get, shown on an illustrative business
This example is illustrative: the business, people and figures are made up to show the format of what Creative briefs produces. It isn't a real customer's result.
Example · illustrative business “Ledgerline”, a made-up invoice-approval tool · made from a pasted meeting note, one link and one reference image
Winter webinar launch · version 2 · ready for review
Objective
Get 150 finance leads at multi-entity companies to register for the 3 December webinar.
Key message
Approvals that follow your entities, not your inbox.
Proof points
- Each entity keeps its own approvers and limits.Brand fact F2: Approval routing by entity (live feature)
- Approvals happen inside Slack, where the team already works.Brand fact F4: Slack approvals (live feature)
Deliverables
- Registration page (web, due 2026-11-12)
- Three LinkedIn posts (LinkedIn, due 2026-11-19)
Open questions
- The notes say “40% faster approvals”, which isn’t a recorded brand fact. Verify it and add it before using it.
- Who approves the final registration page?
Then: Approve · Share a read-only link · Export PDF or Markdown · Turn into a campaign. The reference image is listed with its note; Kleos doesn’t read image or PDF contents.
What it does
- Keeps proof points to your recorded brand facts, and drops any that don't rest on one.
- Keeps every version, with restore.
- Shares a read-only link you can switch off any time (it never shows your notes or files).
- Exports the brief as PDF or Markdown.
- Turns the brief into a draft campaign with its objective, key message, channels and dates.
What it doesn't do
- Read the contents of uploaded images or PDFs: they're references with your notes.
- Invent numbers, customers or results. A claim that isn't a brand fact becomes a question to verify.

Questions about Creative briefs
Can I write the brief myself?
Yes. Every section can be written or edited by hand, and that's free on every plan. Kleos's AI draft is optional.
Who can see a shared brief?
Anyone with the link can read the current version, not edit it, and never your notes, link text or files. You can switch the link off or replace it at any time.
What happens when I turn a brief into a campaign?
Kleos creates a draft campaign with the brief's name, objective, key message, proof points, channels and any dates in its timeline. You check it, make it active, and plan its posts and articles from there.
